FIL Christmas Gift

Anybody know what they're getting theirs?  I'm drawing a blank and MIL wasn't really any help...  TIA!

Re: FIL Christmas Gift

  • Does he have any hobbies or a favorite sports team? Ask your husband if he knows of anything his dad has always wanted or a favorite movie. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

  • I'm having this problem with finding something for my 89 year old grandparents.  They are at the "purge" stage giving back items that we have given them over the years.  Right now, I'm thinking fancy olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  At least that's edible and hard to give back to me in a few years....

What about a certificate for a dinner out?  That could cover both MIL and FIL?

We are doing flowers and a picture for MIL/FIL for Hanukkah.  It's not really a gift-giving holiday in H's family.

  • We are getting him Powerblock dumbbells. We called DH's stepmom and she was really helpful. She had quite a few ideas for us. Maybe ask your MIL?

  • DH is no help.  He wants to buy his dad parts for the project care, but they're out of budget.

MIL's gifts are already bought and, as of tonight, wrapped.  She didn't help any with ideas; she's not even sure what she's getting him yet.

    Thanks for the responses, though!
