To be honest... I'm freaked out a little bit that I'm going to gain on this new program. It feels like a lot more food to me.

gah! :-

I've got issues.

Re: ** kfishie & stef&todd **

  • I feel the same way.  It's scary how much extra.  I was thinking today about how I'll often have a point left over at the end of the day, and will eat an apple to eat up that point.  Now?  Now, I can eat that apple but also have to eat something else to use up that point.  How is that good for weight loss?  Or rather, how is that better for weight loss than the previous program?

So then I think - well, then skip the apple and only eat the 1 pt thing.  But, isn't the apple overall a healthier option than the 1 pt thing (most likely)?  I just don't get it...I feel like I'm going to end up leaving a lot of points "on the table"...I'm sort of nervous about it all.  I start tomorrow...definitely nervous. =/

    I feel your pain...

  • Change is always hard!!  Part of me is embracing this change because I feel better eating healthier foods.  We can do this!!!

I will admit that I am a little scared on how many points "cheat" foods now are....like cookies and cake or things like that (you know, me and my sweet tooth!).  I hope it all evens out.  Ugh, I am so mixed on this.
