among other things - i'm a married woman!

i believe i have confirmed all of you as friends at this point - either it was y'all or i had some VERY interested stalkers i was unaware of asking to be my friend on facebook! :)

there are a lot of pictures from guests posted as well as a few teaser professional pictures - i hope you all enjoy them! believe it or not, we weren't going for a 40's vibe but we had all the pieces naturally in our wardrobe or in our preferences that it ended up going in that direction.

the wedding itself was absolutely perfect. as a photographer, i honestly thought i would have a difficult time paying attention to the wedding and would instead look for "photographic opportunities"...but when i saw my guy at the end of the aisle...nothing else mattered. i cried a little - jeff did the ol' rock-onto-the-toes bit - we giggled incessantly and were jumping up and down by the time the officiant told us to kiss - everyone was laughing. to say it was a joyous moment is an understatement - it was really a day of celebration.

five fun memories from the day:

1. jeff seeing me for the first time, smiling, then grabbing my butt and saying "you look gangsta!"
2. me needing hands on assistance in my gown to get up and sit back down in a chair - and needing to lean back like a G to keep from ripping through the bum of my dress - it was THAT tight!
3. eating peanut butter from a spoon to keep my energy up before the ceremony
4. my four-year-old niece making friends with the bartender and attempting to pour herself a cup of beer from the keg when he wasn't looking
5. again...my four-year-old niece...grabbing the mic from the dj and singing "down" by jay sean for everyone at the end of the night

::sigh:: i'm still on cloud 9 :)
