So I went to the meeting today. If you are a meetings girl. Get there EARLY. They line was RIDIC and they ran out of the new starter kit. If that is something you are interested in getting then def get there early. Also, they are doing away w/ the slider. It's an algorymthm (sp) thing now, in regards to points figuring. So the sliding scale is obsolete. You don't need the starter kit, I just got it cause I wanted the new eat out books and all that jazz. This week the caculators are $6 instead of the usual $14.
AS for the program, it really seems good. I haven't read everything yet. Cause instead of them giving you a little bit every week for a several weeks they give it all up front in this one book. .......Back to the program. It seems really good. Zero points for fruits is nice. Also activity points can be saved and used that week. not just the day you earn them. Yes the points are raised on some thing but also I used to have 21 points. I now am alloted 29 weekly points plus my 49 "bonus" points. So I shall let you know how things go. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just logged on to Etools to log what I ate today. Oatmeal is 4 points now. 1 cup. Holyshit.
Because I am breastfeeding I get a shitton of points. It is 8:30, I still have 15 points to eat. That seems insane to me. But whatevs. Maybe this will be better for me, before when I was eating all my points my supply totally tanked. So now that I get so many more and fruits and veggies are "free," I might make some progress.
Hopefully they make a tracker thing for the Droid. I could really use it.

The other thing that is really annoying about the change - when I was in the grocery store I could get an estimate on points because 50 calories = 1 point. Generally it was right too.
Now I have to figure out another estimate. I am so not pulling out any kind of calorie tracker at the store. I hate grocery shopping and this is just going to make it that much longer in the store. Oh hell no.
