My brother and SIL just moved in to their new house. I feel like I should send them some sort of housewarming gift but I can't think of anything... I'm not too familiar w/the town they moved in or else I would give them gift certificates for local restaurants. Actually, I would prefer to just order something decent online and have it sent to them. Does anyone have any brilliant ideas? For some reason I'm drawing a total blank on this! Thanks!
Re: Housewarming gift ideas?
I like placemats and napkins.
You could also do a gift card to target or pier one or cost plus. Seems like I always drop a ton of money at those places when I move.
Something from Bed Bath and Beyond?
Perhaps a bottle of wine (or 6 pack of beer) with a cute note congratulating them on their new home.
We really appreciated gift cards to Lowe's and Home Depot. Gift cards to those stores are great to have even if the homeowners aren't DIY people. They still have to buy things for general house and yard maintenance.
