Seriously - my co-worker just emailed me and said, "Can you call me this morning and teach me how to Google stuff." She's a Supervisor and has worked for the company for nearly 10 years.

Maybe she uses another search engine, but I really don't know what there is to teach?
amen. I feel like it is like that where I work.
I told her she didn't have to use Google, that any search engine would do. She apparently just doesn't get it. In her position, Google should be one of her best friends. I don't even know where to begin. I tried explaining to her that she can use specific terms in the search field, and then she needs to look through the results to decide which is the most useful.
She still doesn't get it. And I don't have the patience today.
