As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Reality: A hot/cold body wrap! I have lots of tension in my shoulders and neck and am supposed to ice them daily but don't because I hate the bulky ice packs I have right now...

I would love a whole bunch of different kinds of yarn to keep working on different projects- I'm going to try to learn how to crochet too!
