Sometimes being a working mom sucks!
I had to pull myu daughter out of daycare due to the fact that there were a couple of accusations of the kids being yelled at and some physically disicplined. I asked Ellie about it and she said that the daycare lady never hit her but she got yelled at. Drives me nuts! Ellie has been there for almost 2 years and another of the providers said it just started happening this past month or so. Eck! But I oddly enough got a call from a daycare/preschool that i've been on the waiting list for since E was 6 months old! They have a spot for her and said that any new siblings will be accomodated for, if they have to bring in parttime help they will! Im super super excited! We are doing another tour on monday and let ellie meet everybody 
Its such a good opportunity for her, they are the highest ranked daycare/preschool in the state and have won national awards.

Aww, so sorry to hear about the problems at the day care. Great news that she'll be able to get into the better day care.

Dude, that totally sucks! It's cool if the daycare disciplines kids in a positive way, but unnecessary yelling is not cool. And hitting? Heeellll no. I'd be beating the biitch that was touching my kid.
I'm glad things are working out with the new daycare. Miss E is way too cute to be getting yelled at by daycare workers. :-)

Dude-- for me-- that's where the gloves come off.....I can discipline my child and even members of my family can-- but at daycare.... no thank you. I don't know why the double standard in my heart-- but if I ever found out that the day care liv goes to part time started corporal punishment-- I would go all sha-nay nay on some people!!
