Creepy Janitor...

is whistling Christmas music.  I think I'm going to have to nail him with a can of beans that someone left for the canned food drive.  I can't stand Christmas music.   Bah humbug....

  • I'm listening to Christmas music right nowBig Smile

  • You suck Stick out tongue.  I guess it wouldn't be so bad if he whistled maybe a different song... but for the past two days, all I've heard is nothing but that damn Christmas tree song.

  • I love all Christmas songs, I really get into ChristmasSmile. We have a local radio station that plays nothing but Christmas songs from the day after Thanksgiving through New Years. This time of year my radio stays on that station.

I am the same way. I love christmas music.

But creepy janitor could change it up a bit though there are tons of other songs that he could whistle.

  • I've been singing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer aroudn the house...also, my favorite - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. You'd hate me right now.

Maybe you should secret Santa him a Christmas music CD so he can change up his repertoire a little. ;-)

The Bump ate my signature. DD - Apr 2011 DS - expected June 2013
  • My mother sings "oh the weather outside is frightful..." ALL YEAR LONG.

I have learned to tune it out. No Christmas music station for me though...I dont mind Christmas music but listening to it constantly would get on my nerves

  • Adam sings White Christmas ALL.THE.TIME because he knows it irritates me.  And he tries to do it in this little Frank Sinatra crooner's voice which makes it extra irritating, because, well, he's no Frank.

  • In our office it's a rule that no one can listen to Christmas music until two weeks before christmas. Luckily the week of xmas is only 3 days long :)  I'm still not looking forward to it.... I'm the one that made the rule, and it was an extreme compromise haha.

I would go insane if I couldn't stream music. How else would I drown out the sound of my coworker chewing her gum with her mouth open or sucking loudly on a piece of hard candy? ::shudder::

  • We can't stream music (any type of music website is blocked) but we're allowed to have radios.

  • We can't have any sort of electronic devices in the building unless they're approved by the facility security and information assurance people.  Something about being able to transmit classified data or something.  We can't stream any music or videos because there's too big of a risk of infecting the government server with viruses and plus, it slows down the server.  We aren't even allowed to bring in any manufactured CDs with music on them to play in our computer.

  • Jeeze that's nuts!! I would be so bored without music! Are you even allowed to bring in your cell phone??

  • Nope.  Not unless it's government issued.  When they have bring your kid to work days, the kids can't even bring in their little game boys and whatnot.

  • My elementary school (gr. 4-6) made us have morning assemblies to sing Christmas carols. In grade 5 I made my mom write me a note so I wouldn't have to go anymore. I'm Jewish. We'd sing maybe one or two Hanukkah songs, but I hated it. I still know most of the words to a lot of the songs...
