Who's going to watch? Favorites? Firsts to go?
I'm pulling for Jen, Blais, and Dale. I'd also like to see Tre do well.
I think (maybe hope?) Spike, Elia, and Mike I. will be the first to go.
Re: Top Chef: All Stars
My favorites are the same as yours. I also have a soft spot for Stephen from Season 1, mainly because he saw that he came across like an *** and felt bad about it when he came back for the reunion/finale.
Jaime Lauren from Season 5 looks very much like Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica. I don't even recognize this "Dale" person from season 4.
I'd like to see Marcel go early on, because the longer he sticks around, the more likely he is to rap. ::shudder::
Am I the only one with a huge soft spot for Marcel? I *** love me some Marcel.
I'm excited for Richard, Tiffany (season 7 Tiffany, although I like them both), Carla, Marcel and Dale. If Mike is kicked out within the first five minutes, it won't be too soon.
The nerve!

Rooting for Blais and Tre. Would also like to see Carla and Jennifer do well.
Rooting against Marcel, Season 4 Dale, and Angelo.
I also have a soft spot for Stephen after he admitted he was a diick.
Season 4 Dale looks SO different. That's nuts.
I pretty much hated everyone at the end of season 2.
Mucho likes purple nails and purple cupcakes
I might have to break up with you
I hate rooting for Richard because he thinks he could wipe the floor with everyone around him and he should've won his season. Then again, he should've won his season and he probably could beat everyone. I just hate the hubris. Like when he found Angelo "interesting." Oooh, you have gotten the attention of the golden child! What an honor! I thought Angelo was a little douchey last season, but if he can beat Richard that will redeem him for me.
I hate Jamie as always. She's the female Richard, but worse and without the talent to back it up. "Let's do three dishes so I don't have to collaborate because I'm so much better than you two." UGH.
When did Fabio go from sexy guy with an accent to oversensitive, creepy chubster?
Stephen is not long for this world.
Why did Elia act like she didn't know her fish was raw? Do these people learn nothing? Even if you didn't know, pretend like you did and say, "Oooh damn, I knew when I sent the food out it was bad." Then you look like a good chef having a bad day. Showing surprise that you served raw fish makes you look like an inept amateur! I don't know where the mantra "stand behind your dish" came from because that NEVER works.
"As of page 2 this might be the most boring argument ever. It's making me long for Rape Day." - Mouse
But everyone was so meeeeeeeeeeeean to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was just really put off by the way everyone treated him. If three people who I was NOT friends with, who kind of hated me held me down and tried to shave my head, I would be a biitch about it too. It turned from "he's not that bad" to "that looks really good" to true luv 4-eva. I think he'll do well.
I can't stand Jamie. I was so happy that she didn't win last night.
The nerve!

I don't mind Richard's arrogance, maybe because he has been able to back it up and because he seems willing to give other people props. I think Angelo is as arrogant, but all I really know so far is that he was one of the best guys on an utterly mediocre season and he cooks good noodles.
Jamie didn't bug me in her season, maybe because I had Stefan, Hosea, and the chick Hosea made out with to hate, but she bugged last night.
Elia was never able to see when her food was back. Whenever she was in the bottom it was all confused eyes and "it waaaas???"
I hate hate Spike.
As much as I hate to say it, I need Bourdain to turn it down about 3 notches. Not every single critique needs to be a metaphor. "It reminded me of my last colonoscopy." WTF? That doesn't even make sense.
I laughed last night when Elia was all, "Please don't send me home! I have stuff to do!" when they left the judging room. Hilarious. I'm glad she's gone.
Yeah, Stephen just looked lost.
SB - I agree that the people who tried to shave Marcel's head were douchey. Totally douchey. But Marcel was a douche the entire season. Season 2 just sucked all around.
Angelo bothered me less last night. At the beginning of his season he bugged the crap out of me, but toward the end I didn' tmind him so much. Probably because he was slowly unraveling. I actually felt a little bad for him when he cried when whatsherbutt got kicked off just before the finale.
Also: Tre is hot.
