Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: I won a Thunder ticket
One of the Thunder players (can't remember his name and I know I'd butcher it anyway...it was definitely something a little more interesting than Durant or Green) donated tix to this Sunday's game to our school. The administration wanted to take some kids, so they chose to take the September through November "Awesome Eagles" (a monthly award, one kid in each grade is selected by teachers). They had one ticket left and they drew my name at the faculty meeting today!!! I actually yelled, "OH MY GOD" so loud I surprised myself. Then I said, "I'll bring the camera!" to legitimatize my attendance to the game 
I'm most excited because I think about four of those kids were MY nominations are are MY band/journalism kids so I get to celebrate with them! They get shirts, pictures with the above player, they get to visit some booth that's just for them, and they will be announced at the game!
(Those of you who have me on FB have seen my posts today about the decongestant "haze" I've been in and I literally couldn't stop myself from basically acting like a bad game show contestant in front of my whole faculty. Awesome.)
