As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Good Update!!
Hey I am sure most of you saw on facebook but I got good news. My breast tissue is just growing weird or something. They didnt see anything to worry about on the mammogram (which was not bad at all!) or the ultrasound. I asked why would this tissue be different all of the sudden and she said hormones and or aging can do that. I was told however to watch it and to keep up on SBE and my annual appt and to let my dr. know right away if it starts changing again.
