good morning
I can't believe that I have to go to the orthodontist this morning. I haven't been since I had braces in middle school. However, one of the stints? behind my teeth came out a few weeks ago on accident so I need to get reassessed and a new piece I think. But, I have to start over with x-rays, assessments etc since they don't have my file anymore and our dental insurance doesn't cover this. Oh joy!

Good morning! That sucks, Sam, that you have to go back. That would bring back such horrible memories for me...haha! I hope it goes well for you and is an easy thing to correct.
I can't believe how cold it is this morning...I'm going to have to bundle up when I take Bailey for her walk. I feel like I'm back home in MI!
