newly pregnant ladies

have you and your Hs decided if you'll find out the sex of the baby or be surprised?

Re: newly pregnant ladies

  • We're not finding out. We want to be surprised. :)

I am more curious now that we're far enough along to where it would be easy to find out but we're staying strong!

It's worth it!!! The only day you have to be strong is the 20 wk u/s...after that you're golden!

  • We found out with Brock and will find out in 2 weeks what were having this time. I know myself and I would end up convincing myself it's a girl and I would cry come delivery time if it were a boy. I need time to prepare myself for what I'm going to get. That doesn't just go for gender either. We get all of the tests done as well. If there is something wrong I need to know so I can prepare for it. KWIM?

Yes, this is what we are doing also.

Gender...H does not want to find out. I am indifferent. It's not like I will get anything before hand (cultural tradition) so it's OK from a purchasing stand point. I would *like* to know...but I doubt we'll find out.

I'm sure it would be an amazing surprise if you can hold out. I'm just not that strong! I still search for my Christmas presents and peek if I find them.

  • We're going to find out, as long as baby cooperates.  I definitely could not stand the wait!
