If you had a giant jar of pickled jalapenos
My work puts on an Amazing Race style event every summer, and this past year we did a food challenge with pickled jalapenos. Well, there's still a gigantic jar left and we're having a holiday open house tonight and make snackyfood, so we want to use these things somehow.
What would you do with them? Think I can put them in jalapeno popper dip? I usually use fresh jalapenos in mine.

I do happen to have a giant jar of pickled jalapenos at home. I made spicy dill pickles this summer, and as we finish the cucumbers, we just keep the jalapenos in a separate jar.
We put them on sandwiches and in wraps, but I've also chopped them up and put them in an avocado salad and even chicken salad. we love pickles though, and I'm not sure they're to everyone's taste.
