Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

*UPDATED* - How long is too long.....
for a response from an Etsy seller? I purchased my ornament for the gift exchange from an Etsy seller. I paid through PayPal on November 20th. I have now sent 3 emails asking when I can expect this to ship....no response.
I'm starting to get pi$$ed, but I'm not a very patient person to begin with but this just seems a little long without a response.
I want by elf to receive her ornament already!
What do you all think?
She just replied! She said she's been out of the office due to family matters. I can accept that. She also says it is set to be engraved today and takes 2-3 business days to reach the recipient. Now let's hope she's true to her word! Thanks for the advice ladies!

Don't get me started on Etsy sellers. Some are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but I've definitely come across some bad apples.
From my experience, you have the option to contact/dispute with Etsy directly. They are fast at responding and if they can't get the seller to respond, they will refund your $ to you.
It has only been 11 days. I would think that's long for a response but have you checked the store policies? The answer may be there. I would try there first.
Thanks Ladies. I just sent her another email asking when I can expect delivery (she is supposed to deliver direct to my elf). If I don't hear back from her this weekend I guess I'll have to take some other action. I read her policies and it says items "usually" ship within 5-10 business days. Saturday will be 10 business days....nothing mentioned about about how long it takes to reply to emails/messages.
I really hope she just responds...I really don't want to have to put my "ugly" face on -
