should we give our realtor a gift after closing? mail a thank you note w/ a gift card? we were thinking babies r us since he and his wife are expecting their first... and we know he took on a part-time job bc the housing market sucks right now. thoughts?
Re: REA gift
We got our realtor a gift-- but she declined it (She is very humble and couldn't accept the bracelet we got her) So we ended up giving her a g/c to a restaurant which she accepted...she was also a family friend and purchased our W/D for us (amazingly generous of her), so we wanted to get her something very nice.
ETA: I think the BRU gift card is a nice idea. Maybe a g/c to a restaurant so they can go out?
The Sand in My Snow Boots
This was me. I guess I knew she was making a heck of a commission off of me and mine really didn't do much work since I ended up finding the property on my own!
But, I think it's a very nice gesture
I'd say gift card for dinner out or to BRU would be nice.
Pam - why not give them Scentsy? You could do one of the nursery warmers and the BRU GC if you wanted. Just a thought...
Mostly, I'm looking for an excuse to give someone one of the nursery warmers, lol!
