Hey girls who actually know how to bake
I apologize in advance for my idiocy.
For those of you who bake cookies/treats for Christmas or gifts, how far in advance do you make 'em? Can I start making them them now and store them in their airtight jars or freeze them until closer to Christmas?
I'm leery to freeze them only because I'm just not familiar with it. And I'm no Betty Crocker.. will they still taste just as fresh?

My Bio
Married / The Cookaholic Wife
Totally okay to freeze them. My mom baked carrot cake, cheese cake, a whole bunch of cookies, and made eggrolls and froze it all. She did this like the first week in Nov. You never would have known. She's practically done all her Christmas cooking!
I knew you ladies would lead me in the right direction
When it's time to package them up for gift giving, do I need to do anything special when I let them thaw? Just let them thaw completely & put them in the jars, right?
