Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Today......
is my annual employee evaluation and I need to meet with my Department Director. She nicely scheduled it for 3:30PM (UGH) so I get to sit here nervous and worrying about it all day. Whyyy couldn't it have been in the morning? I will find out if I get a raise or not. Wish me luck!

off topic but... Jen I love your new siggy pic! I SO wish we could've done some pics with the doggies...
I say keep calm and confident, (but I KNOW that's like the hardest thing ever!) and I will be thinking of you and your RAISE! You're awesome and totally deserve it!
