Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. August Cooks - on hold?

We've been winding down a bit over on August Cooks - do you want to keep going with recipes this month? Do you want to put the blog on hold until the new year? Thoughts?

  • Maybe on hold until the new year. I haven't wanted to make some of the recipes, (no offense) so I haven't been watching. Maybe good holiday cookie recipes would be good to add in or as people feel like it, they can add their own recipes rather than just putting one up.

  • I've been bad.  I have pictures to post of both the pork roast and the french toast and just haven't done it yet.  Maybe I'll get on tonight, do that and add the rum ball recipe that I made last night.

  • I think it's a good idea to hold off until the new year. With Christmas celebrations, I'm not sure that I'd be able to keep up with weekly recipes.

  • I'm guilty of being bad too. I made the broccoli souffle the other day and it was fabulous.

    I like the idea of posting random holiday recipes if people feel up to it.

  • I'm fine with taking a break.  I've been really bad about making things.  That, and I forgot my camera at my friends place in Toronto.  I'm bad at doing that.

  • I've been beyond bad. I've actually made a lot of recipes. I'll take pictures, but then never write up anything about them. Bad Amie.
  • I've been trying to keep up, I haven't cooked anything since Thanksgiving. I did make the broccoli dish. Which received rave reviews at from my family but I was so pressed for time I didn't take any pictures and there were no leftovers. :) So props Rebann for the recipe, 9 people thought it was so good it performed a magic act and disappeared.
