I know my mom is getting me some Stella and Dot jewelry. Other than that, I didn't ask for much... I hope I get an iHome (from parents), and new canisters (that I hinted to sister about). That's about it! If I had a SO.. I would ask for more though.

The only thing I asked Dh for was a new watch. I couldn't really think of anything else I wanted. My parents and ILs usually give couple's gifts so we asked for small things for around the house nothing too extravagant.

From my parents, we're getting 2 bookshelves to go on either side of our entertainment center. Other than that, I've mentioned cook books and clothes.

I love Christmas time! I didn't ask for much, if anything. I was fortunate that hubby had no issues with me going to Europe for Thanksgiving. I asked for some perfume and a new wallet.

DH and I asked for running stuff from the ILs since MIL is way into running, I'm sure it'll be easy for her to pick stuff out. She'll probably include these cool waterbottles that we saw that are made to run with, GC to OK Runner to go towards new running shoes, this little massage stick thingy for after a run, etc. Hopefully all of that will keep me motivated to keep up with running!

I also asked DH'd aunt for a GC to Border's. We're wanting to read Dave Ramsey's book, but felt kind of weird just asking for it. I don't want them to think we're struggling financially, because we aren't, we just need to learn how to save

I didn't really ask for anything besides kitchen stuff. My parents are getting me a dining table and chairs and are helping me update my kitchen appliance-wise. The other big stuff I really wanted [flat screen, digital camera, Flip], I got last year.

The only other thing I'd ask for is a Kindle or an iPad...but I think my in-laws are getting us an iPad.

I hinted to my mom I wanted a Kitchen Aid Mixer but that is a little out of her budget since my sister wants one too (she spends an equal amount on all of us). I also told her I would like Paula Deen's red kitchen utinsels so I could put our current one (which are still really nice) in our camper). I have no clue what C is getting me and he hasn't asked he just keeps telling me he knows what it is but hasn't picked it out yet; the other day I asked him what our budget is for each other this year so I can get an idea as to what he wants and when he told me is more than we usually spend on each other and he said well what I am getting you is way more than that so we will see-I think he is just being a jackazz about it personally.

I also wouldn't mind some clothes and $$.

I told DH I want a CHI and a deep freeze. My mom is probably getting DH a Northface jacket, so when she asked what I wanted I told her that would work for me too.

Thanks for the reply, I just saw this. We ended up buying a used copy of The Total Money Makeover for $8 at Half-Price Books. Is that a good DR book to start with? Does he have any others you'd suggest? I really don't know much about Dave Ramsey yet.
