this week went by so fast!

tonight i'm hanging out with my cousins, we're having a Just Dance off

tomorrow is my niece's baby shower luncheon

sunday heading to a gtg in the east bay. hope the weather cooperates because i hate driving in the rain.

as for the tree, we haven't gotten it yet..but i have all my christmas boxes out. just need to find the time to decorate.

also- for those of you i'm not friends on FB with. i totally didn't tell you..that we convinced our landlord, it wasn't too difficult since it's privately owned. BUT we got our kitty!!!

we rescued 4 month old sir winston mc poopy pants or Winston for short (corina named him)

DH's Christmas party is this weekend so we're doing that plus spending some time in Berkley checking stuff out. When we're not out and about I'm planning on being a complete vegetable (which I can finally be allowed to do) watching movies with lots of snuggling. Very excited all around!

This week started out good and now sucks.

Tonight I will be watching movies with the kitties because DH is out of town with FIL to be with his dying grandpa and help prepare for his passing. DH insisted on me staying home because he doesn't want me at the hospital due to the germs (DH's aunt caught a staph infection while staying with her mom at the hospital and DH is paranoid). I guess I wouldn't be much help anyhow.

Nothing is planned yet for Saturday because of DH and FIL rushing out of town yesterday. We were planning on getting a tree tomorrow night but I don't think that is going to happen.

Sunday is FIL's wedding to his longtime girlfriend. I feel horrible for my FIL to be going through such sadness when he should be having one of the happiest days of his life.

This week was never ending for me! I think after having a 5 day weekend I was just not ready to start back up, but only two weeks left and then it's Christmas break so that's nice.

No real big plans this weekend. Going to make a Christmas list for who we need to buy for and probably purchase a few things. I hope it doesn't rain here! I haven't looked at the weather recently. No tree here, we go home for the holidays as soon as I'm done teaching and DH is done with finals. No point in decorating if we will be gone for the big day.

I'm glad you got a kitty, and you did it the legal way. Love the name! They are so fun when they are little like that too.

I'm spending all my spare moments in bed due to my all day morning sickness. It's been bad, but now I'm on medication so I can keep things down. I'm hoping I'll feel good enough to get our tree and decorate tomorrow. Finger's crossed.
