If you want to hear a cute BR story
So my parent's watch Z Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. My mom wanted to go to some house tour for a few hours today so we told her to go. All week James and I were deciding who was going to stay home 1/2 a day. My dad offered to do it and swore he could do it. All week my mom was teaching him how to change her diaper, feed her, burp her, etc... He's always there to HELP my mom when she needs something but he has never had her by himself.
I called him about an hour into it and this is what he says, 'oh we are doing great. i gave her a bottle, burped her after each ounce and half and now we are sitting on the couch reading books. i am holding her hands because they seem cold.' how freakin cute is that?! he's holding her hands to warm them up. i love him.
and for the record, he got her to take a 3 hr nap. WTF. she has never taken a 3 hr nap for me.
