Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on my Dad
They gave him a stress test today and his heart is fine! They weren't able to get him on the treadmill but they gave him a shot that simulated the effects. They don't believe he had a heart attack, instead they think that he got vertigo and had a panic attack. I am just so thankful that he didn't have a heart attack.
