As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Blarg. Amazon never failed me til now.
I ordered a pair of Lucky Brand jeans during the Black Friday deals, for $40 (regular $99). They just came and they are short length. I've returned stuff at Amazon before, NBD, but this time it's turning into a huge PITA. If I choose certain things as the reason for the return, it says I need to pay return shipping. Other things, it tells me I have to contact Amazon but then I got the runaround with all the online forms.
Finally I just went to the online chat option, and it's annoying because I have to give the guy all the info for the tenth time. I'd better not have to pay for this. I think they should refund my original shipping, too (even though it wasn't much) since this is their fault.
Also, the guy's name is Balamurugan. huh?
