Rec for Tinting car windows?
Hey ladies,
I'd like to surprise my husband with a gift certificate to get the windows tinted in his truck, but don't have the first clue...anyone have any recommendations as to a reputable place to have this done (in Marietta or Atlanta preferably), or any idea as to cost?

We use Custom Sun Control in Marietta. They're off US41 - across from where Saturn used to be.
They only do 2 types of tinting: glossy or matte and only to legal limits (duh).
DH's had his last 3 cars (yeah, yeah.) done there and he heard about them from his H.S. BF's parents who have been using them since the 80's. So, yes, they've been around for a looooooong time. DH's MINI had a scratch in the tint right after he got it back and they fixed it right away.

We had two of my cars tinted at Hot Spot Tinting off Windy Hill. We were very pleased with their work. Very professional. They do a lot of high-end/expensive cars. My little ole Jetta looked out of place, lol, but they did an amazing job.

If you want the windows darker than legal, some places will do it but not write you a receipt, you have to pay cash, and they don't warrant any of their work. Just fyi.
