Impossible to shop for my brother and sister in law...help!

I need help ladies...Usually I do not have a problem buying for my brother and sister in law..but this year I am at a loss.

Normally I would get them gift certificate out to eat or gift card to the casino...but My SIL had that stomach bipass surgery...so her food is limited...and we recently found out she has gambling issues..My brother is a homebody and doesn't like to go ANYWHERE..he has every tool imaginable..As for clothes..they are set on that...

Their son is in sports and I am in the process of making them a scrapbook (I do this every year)...they have all of the proud parents hats, shirts, chairs, coats, sweatshirts..items ...

    What about a Netflix gift certificate?  I got my DH a beer club membership last year and he LOVED it.  They also have wine clubs which is on my list this year.  =)   Home improvement store gift cards are always nice, since he already has all the tools he needs.  Do they like to read?  What about a Kindle?  Good luck deciding on stuff!

    What about putting together a Family Fun Night Basket. Fill it with a few recipes, movie GC and games they can play together.

    That is an AWESOME idea...but we already did that for them for doggie sitting for us....Thanks anyway! :0)

    What about a gift certificate for house cleaning?  If your SIL had surgery recently, they might like some help.
