The only thing I really asked for was PJs from my mom. Brian went shopping before I really had time to think of anything.
I pointed out to him last April that I would like tickets to Wicked at Miller Auditorium. He emailed me a few weeks ago and asked if I was available a certain day and I emailed back a 1/2 hour later say I would have to check with work and he replied back saying it was already too late. Needless to say, he FAILED with that gift.
I want a nice knife block, a new winter hat and some new boots. I also asked for a cake decorating kit. My FIL asked me what I wanted, and I told him a toaster. He made a huge deal that I shouldn't ask for practical things for Christmas. But my toaster is old, white, and only a 2-slicer. It still works though. But I want a new, SS, 4-slicer. Since it's an upgrade, I think the whole "can't ask for practical" should go right out the window.
We just bought a 42" TV , an electric fireplace/media center, couch, rug, and chairs for our livingroom. H is trying to get me to agree to that new outfit being our Christmas gift, but I'm not really buying it. Haha. I'm far too greedy for that. I bought him a chain saw for his gift. He's been practically begging for one.
Some books, a Beatles CD, farmers market basket, a couple of games, gift cards for clothes, donations to charities.... um, I don't remember what else.

I wanted tickets to Mary Poppins in Lansing, but I don't think that's going to happen seeing as it is over already. (And while I don't get to see it at all, my BiL is taking my sister to BROADWAY to see it as her Christmas present. I totally lose. Such a thing would never even occur to my husband.)
