After 6 years we finally have a tree! (PIP)

Most of you know I've been bummed about not having a tree every year since in our old apt DH's medical bed was in the dining/living room. We lived that way for 6 years (2 engaged, 4 married) Now we finally have room!!

Oh wow. I didn't know you haven't had a tree for that long. That would drive me batty. I love Christmas and I love Christmas trees. Aw, that makes this one extra special.

Yeah, it made me sad. I tried many ways to fit a tree in our old place. The only kind we could have fit would have been really small and that's just not the same to me. We also couldn't have people over for dinner because, with the bed, only one person could sit at the table at a time. Even Drew and I really couldn't eat at the table together comfortably.

Yeah... I'm not sure how I feel about it. It looks good about 1 day a week, the day after he washes it. The day he washes it he looks like Rachel from Friends. Stick out tongue

He has great hair! I'm always saying he should try to find work as a hair model. Of course, then he'd have to wash it more... it's kind of an ordeal for him to take a shower so I let it slide that it's not as often as I'd like. I'm lucky that he doesn't have BO like at all. But man, sometimes I want to take a hose to his hair! (Sorry if that was all TMI)
