Outdoor window swags with(or without) candle...
Any idea where I could purchase window swags with candle (or without candle) for a cheaper price then what amazon sells them for? TIA

I'd check the craft stores. I bought 10 inch wreaths from Michael's, tied a red bow on the top, and used the same red ribbon to stick in the top of my double hung windows and they've hung nicely for two winters now. Then I just have regular plug in candles on the sill inside. Here's a pic, sorry it's not a close-up:
