friday - worked.... ugh
saturday - christmas with my nieces at my parent's house, then off to diamondbacks(country bar off of 94) w/ friends for a well deserved night out!!
sunday - laundry, helped my bff get her christmas stuff from her parent's house, did a little shopping, and then settled in w/ come mancino's and a christmas carol.
Saturday we has pics taken at Wal-Mart with DH's family. It was AWFUL. I don't know why they insist on going there, the pics are terrible. Plus we had a real troll of an old woman so it was even worse.
Yeasterday we didn't really do anything but watch tv and I went grocery shopping.
I feel like all I do is go, go, go on the weekends.
Friday night we just hung out at home.
Saturday we went to breakfast, I went to the gym while B went to the shooting range, then we went for our massages and then had dinner. Came home and wasted 2 hours on my life on Napoleon Dynomite...dumbest movie ever.
Sunday, went to Target, watched the Browns and went to the Walleye game.
had the most fantastic weekend!
relaxed Friday night, did no extra work, just enjoyed my family
did chores Saturday morning, played with the kids, took naps, then dropped the kids off with their dad for his 24 hours (sigh) and had one of the best date nights in a long time! saw Burlesque then met R's parents, brother and his gf for dinner at Bar Louie, enjoyed the pretty lights and watched the horsedrawn carriage at Levis, shopped a little at Kirkland's, then had game night at his brother's. lost my poker money but we made cookies and ate all of them.
slept in Sunday then we both went to work our 2nd jobs for the day (yay Christmas money!), picked the kids up, watched them mash on spaghetti for dinner (their dad doesn't FEED them... sorry pudding cups and cereal for every meal doesn't count), and caught up on tv shows until bedtime.
GREAT weekend
Saturday - I worked in the morning, then had a photoshoot that lasted all afternoon then just hung out around the house all evening.
Sunday - I hung out on the couch most of the day, did some grading, wrote a final exam and then worked on getting my Spring online classes updated and uploaded to the server, which is a huge PITA.
Friday--All I can really remember was trying to calm down Alex. My dad watched him all day. They had fun shopping and seeing Santa and apparently consuming mass quantities of SUGAR b/c Alex was acting like a crackhead. I went to Target/Joann's for some errands too.
Saturday--Scrapbooked with some girlfriends and had a gift exchange with them then came home and we headed to my work shower. It was small but a blast. The hostess has an amazing house and really went to way too much trouble. It was a co-ed shower and felt more adult, hanging out party which was so much fun. The only bad part was seeing my Gamecocks get crushed by Auburn
Sunday--cleaned, finally got the invitation paper from Staples (it has taken me a month!), did the grocery store and relaxed.
Friday - Had the day off of work to spend at home with our kitty Gizmo b/c she had surgery Thursday. Still did some work from home, plus a bunch of stuff for an org. I volunteer with. Plus did laundry, cleaning, etc. Hung out with my BFF for a little bit, then went to dinner with my parents.
Saturday - Dealt with a contortionist kitty who managed to get to her incision despite the 'cone of shame', volunteered for a few hours sorting toys for Toys for Tots, had an early dinner with friends, ran errands, cleaned up around the house watched football, etc.
Sunday - Dealt with a kitty who managed to drag her cone through the litterbox (ew), who also managed to get caught in and later pee on the modified baby onesie that the vet suggested we put her in.... also did more laundry, cleaned some stuff out of the garage, edited pictures, did more volunteer org. duties, quick grocery shopping trip, and then went to the showing for my BFF's grandma.
Wow, that was long! So not a bad weekend, but not exactly relaxing either, lol!!!
Friday - worked for most of the day and then picked up A & took her to dr. for 2nd flu shot. Can't remember what I did that night
Sat- DH went running around to see if he could get some stuff for our kitchen cabinets, gander mountain to spend his cash from buying the gun on bf and lowes while I watched A. Did some laundry & some cleaning.
Sun- Finally got the tv delivered from BB, had little neighbor girl come play with A while we dug out the xmas stuff, put up the tree (it is so pretty), plastic on windows, laundry, put up new tv, had a fire and watched a little tv. Oh and earlier I ran to ON & Walmart. The weekend went much too quickly.
Friday- went to work.
Saturday- went shopping with my Mom for my kids while DH shot a wedding.
Sunday- Worked again, and got screwed over thanks to a dumb lady who I'm guessing no longer has a job in the deli.
My weekend was really unexciting!
We didn't do too much. Natalie's been a super duper cranky baby. Not sure what is going on with her. She gets frustrated with everything and has been throwing major tantrums.
We did a little bit of cleaning and stuff.
On Friday we had my husband's Xmas party though and it was awesome. So much fun and so nice to get out of the house and a little break from Natalie.
Besides a couple of trips to Kroger, a trip to Sears and a trip to the mall...absolutely nothing. And it was good.
