Headed to Dallas

I'm headed to Dallas in about a week for 4 days... what are some fun things to do there?  DH and I love shopping, what are the best malls up there?  (We know of the Parks Mall in Arlington already).

Thanks! :)

  • I'm a fan of the outlet mall in Allen and the Galleria is usually fun at Christmas time with the tree!
  • Where will you be staying?

Northpark is another good one (more upscale shops).

  • We love the hustle and bustle of Christmas, so the bigger the mall the better lol! :)  We're staying in the Market Center (wherever that is).

  • The big ones are Galleria and Northpark.  I'd hit those up for sure!

Bishop Arts District is a fun part of town to walk around and have dinner.  Not too far from you, just south on 35.

Oh wow, that looks awesome.  I'm so going there.

To be fair, I actually lived in Arlington for 4 years ( I went to UTA).  During that time I never ventured over to Dallas and did any touristy or fun stuff and I regret that, so the hubby and I are going back up there for a visit.  I love the DFW area, I would still  be living up there if it weren't for family down here in Houston.
