Hey ladies, I've been lurking for a little while, while trying to find more areas in our home to be green. I was wondering if you could provide a recipe for HE laundry detergent? I would just google it, but I like personal recommendations. DH's skin is very sensitive so I think a greener alternative would improve his excema as well.

I think any of the homemade detergents are HE friendly because they don't suds up as much.
We make the dry detergent from the EF&F blog. DH also has pretty sensitive skin, and he's been fine with this.
We tried the gel version as well, but that didn't seem to be washing out of his clothes completely, and it was bothering his skin.
FWIW, we use the unscented Dr. B's, and we haven't had issues with dark clothes and the powder version like the blogger did.
We use this one as well - the dry version with great results. I agree it should be fine for HE with no suds.
