I saw your post about the Food Processor. Just curious what you use it for. We have one and we have used it once. Would love some ideas!
Re: *Labbie*
Well, we joined a CSA for the past 2 summers and were up to our ears in veggies.
So this summer I used it at least 2x a week to make fresh salsa (after doing it by hand the past few years) and homemade tomato sauce. I use it a lot all year to chop onions and garlic for recipes, slice potatoes, chop any type of veggie for a recipe or tossed salad, shred cheese, cabbage, basically anything you'd do by hand.
I asked for the Food Processor Bible for Christmas since I know I am not doing as much as I could- bread and/or pie dough is one thing that comes to mind. It's definitely a toy vs. a necessity but I have fun using it and it saves me time.
