Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well.....
DH called me after work today and said that they're writing up his new job description! We don't have the actual salary number yet, but that'll be coming. From the sounds of it, it'll be in the neighborhood of what our combined salaries have been in the recent years (minus last year when he was laid off for 6 months and working under the table for 3 more).
They're beyond happy with him and how things have gone and he'll basically be running this new company. For the time being, it's all housed within his current company and until it's totally up and running, they'll still pay him and cover his insurance and such.
The nice thing is that if, for some reason in the future (even 2, 5 years down the road) this stuff fails or DH realize it's just a wrong fit...the regular company will take him back.
