Okay I'm being kind of a PW today. I hope you all had a good weekend! My ILs left this morning, finally. Hopefully, I won't be complaining anymore!

Re: Happy Monday
1) What's your favorite Christmas/Holiday movie? I LOVE Home Alone and Home Alone 2! For some reason they're a total holiday movie to me and just don't compare if you try to watch it at another time of the year.
2) Do you and DH have any vacations planned for 2011? We're thinking about heading up to Bar Harbor, Maine with my parents for a week this upcoming summer. We went to Vermont last summer over July 4th weekend and I kept saying how I wanted to go back to Bar Harbor (it's been over 5 years since I was last there and DH has never been to Maine).
DH was planning an anniversary trip to Texas in March (we've talked about visiting Austin) which would coincide with a concert of my favorite group, but March is the end of busy season and I just couldn't get the time off.
3) What are you doing for NYE? Right now we have no plans. Since DH and I get up so early for work, we'll be lucky if we make it until midnight. But we might ask our neighbors what are some good events to go to for NYE.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year? Well DH just ordered me new winter boots (exciting, I know) yesterday. Other than that, I really want a massage gift certificate and money for clothes. Nothing over the top or cool.

Love Actually, Miracle on 34th Street (the one with Matilda)
2) Do you and DH have any vacations planned for 2011?
We are going to Disney World with my family from Dec. 29th-Jan 4th as a last real family vacation for my grandfather before the Alzheimer's really sets in. We are planning on doing something in March for our Anniversary, we are thinking maybe San Francisco or Lake Tahoe.
3) What are you doing for NYE?
We will be in Disney World, probably at Epcot.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year?
I've asked for cake decorating items, because I want to take a course. DH and I are going on a shopping spree as our presents to each other. I want True Religion jeans (since they are like $400+ here) and maybe Tory Burch shoes, we shall see!

No idea. Probably the Charlie Brown specials.
2) Do you and DH have any vacations planned for 2011?
I am REALLY hoping we can go to the Island this summer. With a baby due in June, he/she will be about two months old when we would be heading back to Boston/Maine to see my family and spend Labor Day weekend on the island. We're really torn, so we're waiting until the baby comes to decide.
We might go for a weekend in San Diego (an hour away) before baby comes.
3) What are you doing for NYE?
Probably staying home and going to bed early. I don't last much past 10pm these days and neither does DH.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year?
Gift cards for places I can buy maternity clothes or baby gear. We need nearly nothing and just went through a major purge of crap we don't need or haven't used in a long time. We gave each other the gift of new carpet.
1) What's your favorite Christmas/Holiday movie?
Elf. I love that movie. I made DH watch it for the first time last year because I'm so obsessed with it. I also really like the movie that has the claymation California raisins singing Christmas carols. Do you ladies even remember that special? I found it for DH a couple of years ago and we have watched it every year since.
2) Do you and DH have any vacations planned for 2011?
We are taking a summer vacation this summer to Minnesota. I'm hoping we can go at the beginning of July. We are having the baby baptized out there so my family can finally attend. I'm also hoping to go back in August for my 10 year reunion and September for a wedding. I never go back to Minnesota that often, but with the baby I know my parents are hoping we can make it back more frequently.
3) What are you doing for NYE?
Nothing? Or watching my friends get their party on.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year?
I would really like a massage. Like a lot. Its really the only thing on my list.

Christmas Vacation, claymation Rudolph, and the cartoon version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas

We will go back to Nebraska to see DH's family a few times, and if it works out, we might do a trip to San Francisco/Napa if it can match up with one of my work trips. We aren't doing anything major since we will be buying a house
3) What are you doing for NYE?
Staying in, we usually don't do much for NYE

A kindle

We're talking about taking another cruise but this time with his cousin and his cousin's wife. No clue when, though. And I do plan on taking the baby home to Michigan maybe for Thanksgiving or Christmas
3) What are you doing for NYE?
No plans except waiting to see if I'll be in labor then.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year?
Hmm...I really want some J'adore perfume since mom used all of mine, a spa day. I really have no clue this year.

I have to say The Grinch with Jim Carey. It cracks me up.
2) Do you and DH have any vacations planned for 2011?
We are going to Gettysburg for our first anniversary. We drove up the East Coast after our wedding and spent a few days there. DH loved it so much we are doing it again.
3) What are you doing for NYE?
I will be in PA, DH will be back in GA. I'll probably end up with some of my close friends from high school or at home in bed. Nothing is set in stone yet.
4) What's at the top of your Christmas wishlist this year?
I don't have much on it. A kindle, and massage. That's about it.
