Fail 1. Instead of, you know, going to the gym after work, I was stuck in traffic, couldn't stop yawning...and I bailed on gym.
Semi un-fail: I did 15 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of stretching and leg stuff.
I wanted to make something healthy and nutritious for dinner.
Or just have something nutritious.
Fail 2: Mozzarella sticks and a small pizza.

Wah Wah Waaaah,....
Tomorrow: GYM. Healthy. Do it. Repeat.
(sorry, I need to write it down so I do it...)

Oct.'13 Siggy Challenge: Cheers to Easter!
15 minutes of yoga is worth like an hour of relaxation, so good job.

If you want to eat healthier, try going on a GD diet.
I've lost 20 pounds. It's not as bad as you think. You can still eat a good amount of things, just not so many sweets and carbs. It actually makes you realize what you put into your mouth, and it's portion control.
I plan to continue those guidelines once Connor is here to help me get the rest of the baby weight off and to keep the weight off. I now have a higher chance of becoming diabetic since I've had GD and my dad and gpaw have diabetes.
I concur, wholeheartedly.
Agreed Vikki! And calcium is in cheese...this is true!
