Well, I'm officially off the bandwagon.  Suuuuuucks.

I made it through week two and have just quit, pretty much.  It's too damn cold.  I have picked up my attendance at 24 hour fitness, though.  Last week I "speed walked" on the treadmill for a solid hour why I watched trashy tv on my personal display.

I've also decided I'm joining weight watchers for the first time on wednesday.  I'm going to set up another post regarding this...

 

How has everyone else been doing?  Hopefully better than myself!

  • I haven't been doing to well with the cold either. It's been hit or miss since Thanksgiving. I'm hoping since it's supposed to warm back up for a few days to get a couple of runs in this week.

  • Between travel and having company for Thanksgiving and travel again, I stalled at week 3. I'm going to try to pick it up again this Wednesday, though. I was doing pretty well with the other levels, so I'm just going to pick up at week 3, day 2 and see how that goes. If it goes badly, I might just repeat it next week.
