Christmas Desert
Anyone have a favorite recipe?
My girlfriends and I are doing lunch on Sunday to celebrate Christmas and I'm in charge of desert. I am at a loss for what to make!!

I think of something like an apple spice cake, gingerbread (either cookies or a loaf) or anything with peppermint/ candy cane crumbles when I think winter season deserts.
Edits:
I have a great peppermint bark cook recipe from here. The apple spice cake recipe I have is at home. I can post it when I get home this evening.
