I got hit on by a bell ringer! LOL

Thought this may give some of you a laugh if you're stuck at work today!

I went to Publix to pick up a prescription and on my way out of the store this creepy looking Salvation Army bell ringer starts SCREAMING at me how hot and sexy I am, and what an amazingly gorgeous pregnant woman I am.

CREEEEEPY!!!!

Re: I got hit on by a bell ringer! LOL

  • That is funny. I got hit on a lot when pregnant. I dont know why but for some reason there is a lot of men that are turned on by pregnant woman. I have 2 theories on this 1) They know you put out, or 2) They know they cant get you knocked up.
  • When I was 9 months pregnant some guy hit on me at Wal-Mart.  And BTW, I was not very cute when I was 9 months pregnant.  I had gained 60 lbs and my swelling was OUT OF CONTROL.

Anyway, when I got home I told my H (mostly because I hadn't had a male look my way in MONTHS and I was feeling rather proud).  He quickly shot me down with his comment of "Yeah, well some guys like gerbils in their asss.  There's some freaks out there.  That's for sure."

Umm, thanks?  Thanks for making me feel like a freak.

I guess in his defense, it wasn't a well thought out statement.  If he would have know I was going to break down and cry (hey, my hormones were going crazy) he would have thought twice before he let that statement slip out of his mouth.  Jerk.

That was pretty much my response.  I turned around and looked at him like he had 20 heads.  I burst out laughing and kept walking.  He was REALLY creepy looking, in hindsight, I'm surprised he didn't come chasing after me!
