uh-oh....
I think the hubster is a li'l peeved at me. He hates hockey and the Red Wings and he sent me a picture of the San Jose Sharks beating the Wings last night with the caption "Go Sharks." I retaliated by sending him a picture of the Leprechaun putting up his dukes and captioned it "Go Irish." He texted me back and said "that's bullschitt." Of course, I was joking but he HATES Notre Dame, and I think I one-upped him in the constant battle of our text-wars.

ha ha, DH got mad at me on Sunday for rooting for Oakland over San Diego because he would win $125 if San Diego lost, but he's also a Chargers fan and doesn't appreciate that I am not (I'm a cheese-head!) :P But now we are $125 richer!
I don't think I'd get along with Mike, Cindy, if he hates both the Red Wings and the Fighting Irish - two of my favorite teams! hehehe, jk!

Sports can be very taxing on a marriage.
Luckily our teams don't play eachother very often so we don't have to get too ugly...when they do though...ohhh boy.
Tell Hubs to relax....GO IRISH! You should set his ring tone as the Notre Dame fight song.
Hahaha OMG Breanne, he'd kill me! LOL We are Michigan fans, obviously, and we cheer on the Blue but as long as the Wolverines don't play MSU we'll also root for the Spartans. He hates, hates, HAAATES the Irish though, because growing up his dad hated them as well and he "inherited" it. I LOL because my co worker's son goes to ND. Don't even get me started on OSU - them's fightin' words in our house!
Margaret - he absolutely detests hockey!!!! He never liked it growing up, and he says it's sad that Detroit's only winning team is the sport he hates. LOL He blames the Wings for ruining his birthday in 1998 because they went into triple OT in the playoffs and they wouldn't start karaoke until after the game. He never forgot that one, so every time we play he roots for the opposing team.
Shame!
