Ooh! Ours hasn't come yet, hopefully it will tomorrow. Last year DH put it toward my Christmas present, so he might do that again this year if it comes in. I think if you've bought a fair amount of jewelry from them they send one. I didn't get one last year...which is weird, because I haven't bought anything from BC Clark in a couple of years. But I got one this year. I'm sure it's a randomly selected bunch of customers who've spent more than X amount with them.
