Holiday "friend" party menu
I need help. We are having an "Ugly Sweater Holiday Party" and I need to plan a menu.
We are providing all food and drinks so all ideas cocktails and food are welcome!

I was just going to post that I need a recipe!... we have our friend's annual ugly sweater party on Saturday and I want some sort of app to bring. I was going to bring Crostini with Roasted Garlic, Apple Chutney and Goat Cheese (because its awesome even if I can't have any now), but someone already said they were bringing Apple Onion Crostinis...
Other ideas... hummus and veggies, dips - spinach, spinach artichoke, crab dip (anyone have a recipe for this to share?), mini meat balls, stuffed mushrooms, guacamole and chips or seven layer taco dip, shrimp cocktail....

I just nearly peed in my pants.
We used to throw a tacky christmas sweater party in college, but it usually had the same menu as our white trash bash... Something along the lines of Boone's Farm Martinis and Little Smokies in bbq sauce... nothing I'd recommend.
We were broke, and we considered it "theme" food. Oh, college.
Thank you for the good ideas.
Now I need to figure out where I can get some moose cups...
I am way over the college age but want to go to this party. I may have to steal these "theme items" for our next shindig.
