i want to get a nice thank you gift / holiday gift for a work friend who is into photography (hobby, not profressionally).
he did a photo session for us recently and it turned out really nice. he wouldn't take money, so I really want to do a gift of some sort.
i was thinking in the $75 and under range. ideas? photography/art store gift card? a new gadget? i'm clueless.
Re: ? for photographers
I'm not a photographer, but I do like playing with my camera. .
two things that popped into my head. . .maybe a couple SD cards? Or a monogrammed camera bag?
I have no idea, but those are two things I personally would find nifty for my own camera, especially since our bag is bulky and blah. . .dunno if that helps and now that I'm re-reading you said it was a guy, so maybe not?
Maybe this would help?
http://ezinearticles.com/?Great-Gift-Ideas-For-Photographers&id=1431494The select is very small for men, but you could get a camera strap cover. Not sure what other options are out there from other sites.

Not sure if he is into online classes but you could get him a gift card to BetterPhoto The only problem with that is I do not think there is a class in that price range, so he would need to pay for the rest of it himself.
