Holiday Baking POLL (& a Question)
Is anyone baking anything sweet this holiday season? I almost always make peppermint bark and white trash.
I was thinking of trying out some holiday cupcakes (maybe w/ peppermint extract or something). Anyone have any good recipes?

I always bake holiday treats! It's a good gift for people that you don't really know well.
Unfortunately I don't have any recipes for a holiday cupcake, but I have made a peppermint flavored cake before (my office knows of it as my $40 cake because the ingredients were so expensive/random that it cost me approximately $40 to make the first one.
) It's effing GOOD though, and I bet you could modify it a bit to work for cuppy cakes. (I'll see if I can find the recipe.) No dice on finding online. I'll try and bring it in tomorrow for you.
