Disheartening news.
Just got back from my appointment today and my doctor told us that there is a very good chance that our son will be born with a cleft palate. We are now being referred to a high risk OB at the University of Washington to do another ultrasound. I guess it isn't too serious and there is still a chance that everything will be fine. Its just the possibility that he may have to have several surgeries to correct it scares me.
Now I get to play the waiting game for someone from UW to call me so we schedule the ultrasound.
