The business stuff is getting sticky...and not in a good way...
I'm starting to really not enjoy my brother and this situation- and its driving a serious wedge between me and my dad
but silver lining- things are great with DH and DS
It took us 14 months to get our official album. That was after we had to almost sue the guy. We only paid him 50%, then 50% when we got our album, so you would have thought he would have moved a little quicker.

Whine: the microphone at the spin studio has been on the fritz and no one is listening to me about what to do to fix it. So, week after week, I have to scream for an hour and look like a fool. Not cool.
We are having a horrible time trying to get our mortgage approved. It seems like no one is interested in working with a VA loan, because it is an awful lot of paperwork/leg work I guess and they can be very strict with their guidelines for borrowers. To make matters worse, I was so retardedly immature at 22...23...24... and now at 28 I am still paying for it. It is so frustrating to me that the loan officers we have worked with up to this point focus so much on the past... rather than the fact that I have busted my butt over the past 3 years to pay off every single dime I owed to anyone... double and triple payments, etc. All they see is a history of late payments, etc. I'm like, "come on... didn't you make stupid mistakes and bad decisions when you were young" I realize it looks bad and I learned a little later than I should, but I am so much different and more mature that I was 5 years ago. My record over the past 3 years is much more indicative of my potential as a borrower than the 4 years before that.... it just doesn't matter.
Wow... I sound like a whiney brat... it's just that we found a house we are totally in love with and got so excited about the possibility of moving in by Christmas and being at "home" for Christmas... now we are so nervous that another buyer will snatch it off the market before we are able to get everything straightened out.

This made me laugh, because I hate my DH's beard too. He hasn't shaved in forever, maybe since early October? He's playing Santa at a local elementary school on the 22nd and that's the big excuse. Guess what's happening after school on the 22nd-good bye beard!
I feel your pain, ladies. Totally do NOT appreciate the scruffiness.
You could always return the favor by not shaving your legs for a while... completely immature and gross, but effective as a bargaining tool.

There's a gas leak with an unknown source in our building and yet we are still here.
