Pest Control Rec?
We are currently up for renewal for our pest control company and it seems a little high($215 for the year). We were required to use Home Team Pest Control for our first year of owning our home, but now we can pick any company.
Any good recs for the Brandon/Riverview area?? TIA! :-)

Do you have Tubes in the Wall? They installed that into our home and we signed up with Home Team because of it. I HATED them and canceled the service. We kept finding spiders in the house (big ones) and they told me "well there's nothing we can do about it, you have all that whispy grass out back in the retention area"... Umm, sorry but thats not good enough.
Terminex was always wonderful to us, if you see ANY bug in your house they will come out and spray again. We had a huge problem with ticks when we lived in Lakeland, we got to know our Terminex guy very well and he was always great to us.They would not only spray but also sprinkle granules for the spiders and ants crawling around in the flower beds around the house.
We decided not to use a pest control service and just do it ourselves. It's just one of the things we do on the first of every month, along with changing the air filter, scrubbing down the litter box, and replacing my Air Wick plug ins.

Yes, we do have the tubes in the walls. I will check out Terminex bc I have heard great things about them. We haven't had any bug problems, but did have some spiders when we first moved in but the spraying in the tubes took care of that! Thanks!
