Ipad, need to know about them
I am looking at the 16G Ipad for Jeff because I feel bad he got me this fabulous camera and I haven't bought him crap yet. Well, a few random things. I think he'd like it. But I really don't know much about them, except that Oprah likes them!! LOL
There are no deals on them, same price every store, I think I'll just end up buying it directly from Apple, they have free shipping.

I do not know a lot about them...but Timot has said he doesn't want one because it's really just an expensive book reader (his words not mine)
My only interaction with one was at a conference and I was trying to plug my USB port to grab a file from someone and apparently the only way you can transfer files is via itunes...(again I don't know if this is the only case but the guy who owned it said this)
I would make sure that it's going to get used before I dropped the cash on it. What would he use it for? Can what he's going to use it for be installed on it? We played with them at the Verizon store but eh..I mean it's fun but not practical for us.
Co-worker has one, and really likes it. I had to do a lot of research on the different models, available plans, etc. for work, so if you have questions, I can share what I found.
Do you know that he wants one? What do you think he'd use it for?
