I just decided I want to do this. H did whitening with our dentist a few years ago, but our dentist is in Orlando, and he had to take like 3 special trips there to get fitted for the tray and whatever else they did. I'm thinking somewhere in Tampa would be better. And effective but inexpensive. Anyone have any good recs?
Re: teeth whitening
I really need to whiten my teeth but OMG, I can't take the pain. In 2001 I had them professionally done at the dentist and the pain was unbearable. That was the worst pain of my life. I couldn't do anything for 2 days afterward. Even breathing caused pain.
I have tried doing Crest White Strips and even those are too much for me to handle. My teeth are super sensitive!
GL to you and I hope your teeth aren't as sensitive as mine!
Baby Macy is here!

I got the trays made by my dentist years ago. It was expensive at first, but, now it is only $18 for 2 tubes of the gel. (White Bright) I only have to do then every few months so it is not too bad.
This post reminded me I need to do them again!!
The dentist that did mine is in Spring Hill so I don't know how much better that would help you.
